Job Objective
To support, develop, and motivate the company’s human resources, while attracting top talent to achieve the organization’s strategic goals. The role ensures the optimal use of human capital through the development, updating, and implementation of effective HR systems, procedures, and policies, in line with employee regulations, amendments, and internal directives. It also focuses on enabling digital transformation in HR, building second-line leadership, and driving continuous improvement in workforce performance based on best practices.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties
Strategic Duties
- Develop HR strategy, policies, and governance frameworks, and oversee their implementation.
- Review and improve the company’s grading, salary, and benefits systems to align with business needs.
- Launch and promote HR initiatives that enhance employee development, motivation, and engagement, supporting both operational and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to shaping the company’s vision and strategic objectives by introducing new perspectives and concepts and ensuring the attraction of the right talent.
- Participate in designing and updating the organizational and functional structure, providing recommendations for improvements.
Supervisory Duties
- Oversee the development of HR policies, organizational procedures, and workflows.
- Supervise the preparation of the HR budget (workforce, training, promotions, salaries, etc.), forecasting and planning needs in coordination with departments to enhance productivity and performance quality.
- Ensure job descriptions across the company are regularly updated in collaboration with departments.
- Guarantee the effective utilization of human resources through well-structured systems and policies.
- Provide consultation by serving on committees or attending meetings related to HR systems and practices.
- Supervise the design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys and submit recommendations based on results.
- Oversee training and development activities, ensuring the design and execution of relevant training programs.
- Ensure a systematic process for training needs assessment and build annual training and development plans.
- Lead talent management initiatives and promote company-wide awareness of related programs.
Operational Duties
- Provide technical and managerial guidance to HR staff.
- Monitor HR performance indicators and submit regular reports.
- Address performance gaps by implementing corrective and improvement plans.
- Prepare job descriptions for HR department units.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture that enables employees to understand their roles and contributions to company goals.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career path development in collaboration with managers and department heads.
- Approve training and development plans.
- Approve HR-related risk management plans and follow up on mitigation strategies with relevant stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements to HR systems and digital solutions.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the role’s scope.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Certifications
Professional certifications in Human Resources Management are required/preferred.
